REsimpli vs REISift: REISift is now DataSift
REsimpli vs REISift is a choice between a lower team price and REsimpli's Triple Line Dialer and pooled skip tracing credits inside the plan: DataSift (formerly REISift) starts at $149 a month for 3 users, billed monthly, and REsimpli Solo is $299 a month, billed monthly, for 1 user. Both figures are as read on October 23, 2026.
The REISift web address now answers with the DataSift site, so the two names are one product. The plans, users and prices below come from DataSift's pricing page.

Both tools are shown on monthly billing so the figures match. Extra REsimpli users are $125 a month each on monthly billing, up to 4 users on Solo and 12 on Team. A team of three compares DataSift Professional's 3 users with REsimpli Solo plus two extra users.
| Plan | Price billed monthly | Users | Records or credits a month |
|---|---|---|---|
| REsimpli Solo | $299 a month | 1 included, up to 4 | 10,000 skip tracing credits |
| REsimpli Team | $899 a month | 5 included, up to 12 | 20,000 skip tracing credits |
| DataSift Professional | $149 a month | 3 | 10k new properties; skip tracing $0.15 a record |
| DataSift Business | $299 a month | 5 | 25k new properties; skip tracing $0.12 a record |
Skip tracing: pooled credits or a price per record
Skip tracing looks up missing contact details, such as phone numbers and email addresses, from a property address. REsimpli gives each plan monthly credits, 10,000 on Solo and 20,000 on Team, pooled across the account with no roll-over. Its pricing page does not say what one credit buys, so credits and per-record rates are different units. Extra tracing is unconfirmed: REsimpli's FAQ and terms disagree, and REsimpli pricing sets out both.
DataSift charges $0.15 a record on Professional and $0.12 on Business, or $97 a month for its unlimited skip tracing add-on. DataSift says unlimited skip tracing comes with Expert, $499 a month billed monthly for 15 users. See best skip tracing for real estate investors for more tools.
What each tool counts each month
REsimpli counts users, phone numbers and skip tracing credits, and every plan runs the same platform. Every user gets the Triple Line Dialer, which calls three numbers at once and connects the first live answer. Standard calling and texting are included under REsimpli's fair use policy, which covers normal use for your own real estate business. Direct mail runs from the same account, billed per piece on top of the plan.
DataSift counts users and new properties a month: 10k on Professional and 25k on Business. Its pricing page lists SMS and phone systems among its marketing tools; this page compares REsimpli's dialer, not DataSift's. Both sell list stacking, which merges lists and removes duplicates: DataSift lists unlimited property and owner stacking, and REsimpli says list stacking records are unlimited under its fair use policy. List stacking software compares more options.
Which one to pick
Pick DataSift for a three-user team that stacks and traces lists at a lower monthly price, with skip tracing priced per record. The limit is that Professional and Business charge per trace unless you add the $97 unlimited add-on. Pick REsimpli when a three-line dialer and monthly skip tracing credits should sit inside the plan. Its limit is that monthly credits do not roll over.
REsimpli's trial is 14 days with a card, against a 7-day free trial on DataSift.
