What a wholesaler's CRM has to cover

A wholesaler's day runs from a seller list to a signed contract: stack lists, skip trace owners, call and text, follow up, track each lead through a pipeline and send the contract for e-sign. REsimpli lists all of it on every plan, with up to 20 custom pipelines and unlimited e-sign under REsimpli's fair use policy.

Solo wholesalers: REsimpli Solo or REI Reply

REsimpli Solo includes 1 user, 1 phone number, the Triple Line Dialer and 10,000 skip tracing credits a month, pooled across the account. Extra users are $99 a month each with yearly billing and $125 with monthly billing. The REsimpli review goes plan by plan, and best dialer for real estate investors covers the calling side. The 14-day trial needs a card. Annual plans are non-refundable once it ends, and REsimpli's terms say there is no thirty-day money-back guarantee on them.

REI Reply is $99 a month, with Twilio usage on top and no refunds. If you are still deciding whether a solo operator needs a CRM at all, see is a CRM worth it for wholesaling real estate.

Teams of three to eight: FreedomSoft, BatchLeads and CarrotCRM

FreedomSoft Start covers up to 6 users, and Grow is $297 a month billed monthly for up to 8. BatchLeads Growth covers 3 users, and Professional is $349 a month billed monthly for 8. CarrotCRM Essential covers 3 users, and Scale is $179 a month for 5.

REsimpli Team includes 5 users, up to 12, at $899 a month billed monthly or $699 a month billed yearly. It fits a team that makes calling the core of the day, because the dialer, texting and skip tracing credits sit in the one account.

Calling and texting rules that stay your duty

The Telemarketing Sales Rule, 16 CFR Part 310 on eCFR, limits calls to a residence to 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the called person's location. It treats a call to a number on the do-not-call registry as abusive unless an exception applies, and counts a call as abandoned when a person answers and is not connected to a representative within two seconds.

The FCC's rule at 47 CFR 64.1200 lets a called party revoke consent to calls or texts by any reasonable method. The eCFR showed both rules up to date as of October 21, 2026.

REsimpli's terms put compliance on the customer: the TCPA, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, CAN-SPAM and do-not-call rules. They say its compliance tools are not legal advice and do not guarantee compliance. Texting needs A2P 10DLC carrier registration first, and outbound texts do not go out until it is approved, which REsimpli says takes about 2 to 4 weeks. This page is not legal advice.
