Last materially reviewed 2026-10-23

REsimpli is likely to fit when

✓ Solo wholesalers who juggle a CRM, a dialer and a skip tracing tool

✓ Small investing teams that want one login for calls, texts and follow-up

✓ Investors who work stacked property lists and need to trace only the top slice

✓ Buyers who want to see every extra before the trial ends

Important limitations

— Investors who need only property data and owner contacts

— People who work a handful of leads a month and are fine with a spreadsheet

— Licensed agents looking for a client CRM

— Buyers who need a refund option on a yearly plan after the trial

REsimpli vs DealMachine: the main difference

The main difference is what sits at the center. REsimpli puts a CRM at the center and builds data, calling, texting, mail and accounting around it. DealMachine's home page puts property and owner data at the center: a search across more than 150 million properties, skip tracing, list enrichment and an API, with direct mail and driving for dollars as built-in apps. Both vendors' pages were read on October 23, 2026.

The two overlap on skip tracing, direct mail and driving for dollars. They split on where you run the follow-up once you have a phone number.

How each counts cost

Neither vendor's amounts are repeated here, because both change. The units differ, and the units decide which is cheaper for your setup.

  • REsimpli: plans sized by users, phone numbers and monthly skip tracing credits. Standard calling, texting and list stacking are unlimited under fair use. Extra users, AI calling, carrier fees and mail postage sit outside the plan.
  • DealMachine: per-seat plans with monthly data credits for property and people enrichment, and a larger package for agencies with ten seats. Mail is pay-as-you-go postcards priced per piece.

What each lists on its own pages

  • REsimpli: CRM with custom pipelines, Triple Line Dialer, calling and texting, e-sign, automations, accounting, KPI dashboard, seller and buyer websites, list stacking, skip tracing, driving for dollars, direct mail.
  • DealMachine: nationwide property and owner data, saved searches and filters, AI search, skip tracing and enrichment, a driving for dollars app, a mail app, API, CLI and webhook access, Zapier connections, team management.
  • Both: skip tracing, driving for dollars and direct mail.

Reading the vendors' own comparison pages

REsimpli publishes a DealMachine comparison page. It says DealMachine has no CRM of its own and marks unlimited calling and texting, unlimited e-sign and accounting as not included on DealMachine's plans. DealMachine's pricing page lists data, search, apps and team management, and it lists no dialer or deal pipeline. Both pages are marketing, so use their lists as a checklist and confirm each line on the current plan page before you decide. Vendor testimonials and savings calculators on those pages are advertising and are not repeated here.

Who should choose which

  • Choose REsimpli if you want leads, calls, texts, offers and accounting in one place, and you have or will have people dialing every day.
  • Choose DealMachine if the job is finding owners and their contact details, if you want driving for dollars with a team, or if you want an API or AI search to feed a CRM you already run. It lists Zapier connections, so check that your CRM accepts them.
  • Choose neither yet if you contact fewer than a few dozen owners a month. A spreadsheet and pay-as-you-go data can cover that.
  • Read the investor CRM shortlist if you are open to a third option.

A fair test before you pay

Take the same 100 owner records through each setup. Time how long it takes to find them, trace them, contact them and log the result. Then count what the checkout screen adds: seats, credits, phone numbers, mail and AI usage. REsimpli's trial runs 14 days and needs a card, and DealMachine's pricing page says its plans can be canceled anytime, so read each vendor's cancellation and refund terms before you start. The REsimpli pricing guide lists every extra to check, and list stacking shows how to shrink the batch before you trace it.
