What is REsimpli?
REsimpli is a customer relationship management platform made for real estate investors. It keeps seller leads, buyers, vendors and deals in one system and adds the tools investors use to find and contact owners: list stacking, skip tracing, a triple-line dialer, texting, direct mail and seller websites. Its terms describe the service as business software that may include CRM, list stacking, skip tracing, calling and messaging, automation, AI agents, e-sign, direct mail and reporting, depending on the plan. The vendor calls its current release REsimpli 6.0. Details were read on October 23, 2026.
The four parts of the platform
- Data: list building, list stacking, skip tracing and a driving for dollars app that syncs to the CRM.
- Marketing: the Triple Line Dialer, direct mail with QR tracking, seller and buyer websites, and calls, texts and email from one inbox.
- Sales: custom pipelines and stages, cash buyer search, e-sign and AI agents.
- Operations: a KPI dashboard with leaderboards, accounting, automations and contact management for sellers, buyers, agents and vendors.
Who REsimpli is built for
The home page names residential investors first: wholesalers, flippers and single-family buyers. It also lists land (with parcel-number support for vacant and rural property), multi-family and commercial real estate. Plans are sized by team, from one user up to a large team, so a solo wholesaler and a company with acquisitions staff use the same platform.
It is sold as a subscription in three plans, Solo, Team and Business, billed monthly or yearly after a 14-day trial. Standard calling and texting are described as unlimited under a fair use policy. Skip tracing credits, AI calling, carrier fees and mail postage sit outside that allowance, and customers on older pricing keep it until their first renewal on or after November 1, 2026. The pricing guide shows how the plans differ.
What REsimpli is not
- Not a broker or advisor. The terms say REsimpli does not act as a real estate broker, appraiser, attorney, financial adviser, consumer reporting agency or telecommunications carrier.
- Not an appraisal. The terms call AI valuations and summaries decision support and tell customers to verify material facts.
- Not a legal shield. The terms require customers to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, CAN-SPAM and do-not-call requirements.
- Not a single source for every list. The list stacking page describes bringing in lists from ListSource, PropStream and local tax records, while plans include a monthly allowance of list builder and skip tracing credits.
How new users learn it
The pricing page lists a 14-day free trial, free unlimited onboarding and weekly live training. The help center organizes its tutorials into REsimpli 6.0 collections for getting started, settings, list stacking, leads, contacts, automations, AI agents and the dashboard, and it hosts recorded mastermind calls and office hours. The trial needs a card, so read the cancellation steps in the terms before you start.
