How to cancel REsimpli: the steps

To cancel REsimpli, open Settings, then Billing, then Cancel Subscription. You can also ask REsimpli support to cancel by email or chat. Only the main account user sees the billing section, so anyone else on the account has to ask that person.

Timing sets the cost. Cancel before day 15 of the trial and the first subscription charge is prevented. Cancel after a paid plan starts and the plan runs to the end of the paid period with no refund, so cancel before the renewal date, because renewal is automatic.

Canceling during the 14-day trial

REsimpli gives a 14-day free trial on any plan, monthly or annual, and a card is required to start. Each organization gets one trial, and it cannot be extended. The only point with no charge at all is inside the trial: the card on file is charged on day 15 for the plan you picked. REsimpli says it sends a reminder before the first charge.

As read on October 23, 2026, Solo is $299 a month billed monthly or $249 a month billed yearly. A yearly plan is billed once a year at that monthly-equivalent rate, and the pricing page prints no yearly total. REsimpli free trial covers what the trial includes.

Canceling a monthly or annual plan

Monthly plans are month to month and can be canceled anytime. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the terms give no refund or proration for the current month.

Annual plans run a 12-month term with no refund once the trial ends. REsimpli's terms say it does not offer a thirty-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions, so canceling a yearly plan stops the next renewal and does not return the year already paid.

REsimpli's refund policy in its terms

The terms, effective September 17, 2026, say charges are nonrefundable once incurred, except where the law or an order form requires otherwise. The one refund they describe is for REsimpli ending a prepaid plan without cause: it refunds the unused prepaid fees pro rata.

Tools with a refund window or no contract

FreedomSoft's pricing page says it offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, with plans month to month or annual. Its Start plan is $197 a month billed monthly or $147 a month billed annually, for up to 6 users. Pick FreedomSoft if a refund window matters most to you.

• BatchLeads gives no partial refunds if you cancel before the end of a paid billing cycle.
• REI Reply lets you cancel anytime, but all sales are final.

Pick REsimpli if you will use the trial to decide and cancel before day 15 when it does not fit.
