REsimpli pricing: three plans sized by team
REsimpli sells Solo, Team and Business plans, each billed monthly or yearly. The pricing page says every plan gets the same complete platform, so you choose a team size rather than a feature set. What differs is the number of users, phone numbers and skip tracing credits. The FAQ describes yearly billing as a lower monthly-equivalent rate charged once a year. What each plan counts
- Solo: 1 user included, up to 4 users in total, 1 phone number, 10,000 skip tracing credits a month, 50 GB of file storage.
- Team: 5 users included, up to 12 in total, 5 phone numbers, 20,000 credits a month, 200 GB of storage.
- Business: 15 users included, no user cap, 15 phone numbers, 50,000 credits a month, 500 GB of storage.
- On every plan: standard calling, texting, email, e-sign and list stacking are unlimited under the fair use policy, and the Triple Line Dialer comes with every user.
Add-ons and fees outside the plan allowance
- Extra users are billed per user each month, at one rate for yearly billing and a higher rate for monthly billing, up to the plan's user cap.
- Extra phone numbers can be added from the dashboard at standard rates. A new user does not bring a new number.
- Skip tracing credits are pooled, and unused credits do not roll over. The FAQ offers extra records at a per-record rate. The terms say use past the allowance is unavailable until the next cycle. Ask which applies before you rely on extra tracing.
- REsimpli AI is optional. AI calling is billed by usage in arrears, and AI texting is included with the AI subscription.
- Carrier registration fees for business texting are passed through from the carriers. Direct mail printing and postage are billed per piece.
Billing terms before you start
The free trial runs 14 days on monthly or yearly plans and needs a card. The card is charged on day 15 unless you cancel before the trial ends, and each organization gets one trial. Monthly plans are month to month. Yearly plans cover a 12-month term and are non-refundable once the trial ends, and the terms say there is no 30-day money-back guarantee on annual subscriptions. Customers on older pricing keep it until their first renewal on or after November 1, 2026.
Turn the plan into your own monthly figure
- Count seats: everyone who will log in, including an assistant or acquisitions manager. Compare the total with the plan's included users and its cap.
- Count phone numbers: one per person or per market, as your texting setup needs.
- Estimate skip tracing: how many new records will you trace each month? Stacking lists first lets you trace only the top slice.
- List the extras you expect: AI agents, mail volume and carrier registration.
- Add the live prices from the vendor's page once for monthly and once for yearly billing, then compare the total with what you pay for separate tools today.
