REsimpli review: what the plans cover and who should skip it

An independent REsimpli review for wholesalers, flippers and small teams: what the plans include, what adds to the bill and who should look elsewhere.

Last materially reviewed 2026-10-23

Quick answerREsimpli is an all-in-one CRM for real estate investors that puts lead lists, skip tracing, calling, texting, direct mail and accounting under one login. It suits solo wholesalers and small teams who would otherwise pay for several tools. It is a weaker fit if you need only property data or a light tracker.
REsimpli is likely to fit when

✓ Solo wholesalers who juggle a CRM, a dialer and a skip tracing tool

✓ Small investing teams that want one login for calls, texts and follow-up

✓ Investors who work stacked property lists and need to trace only the top slice

✓ Buyers who want to see every extra before the trial ends

Important limitations

— Investors who need only property data and owner contacts

— People who work a handful of leads a month and are fine with a spreadsheet

— Licensed agents looking for a client CRM

— Buyers who need a refund option on a yearly plan after the trial

REsimpli review: one platform for data, dialing and follow-up

REsimpli is a CRM built for real estate investors. Its home page groups the product into four parts: data (list building, list stacking, skip tracing, driving for dollars), marketing (a dialer, direct mail, seller and buyer websites, calls and texts), sales (custom pipelines, cash buyer search, e-sign, AI agents) and operations (a KPI dashboard, accounting, automations). The pitch is one login in place of a separate CRM, dialer, mail tool and bookkeeping app.

This review reads REsimpli's pricing page, home page, feature pages, help center and terms of service as published on October 23, 2026, plus the federal endorsement guides. It reports what the vendor states and where those statements stop.

What each plan counts, and what stays the same

The pricing page says Solo, Team and Business run the same platform. The plan changes how many people and phone numbers it covers and how many skip tracing credits arrive each month.

  • Solo: 1 user included, room for up to 4 users in total, 1 phone number, 10,000 skip tracing credits a month.
  • Team: 5 users included, up to 12 in total, 5 phone numbers, 20,000 credits a month.
  • Business: 15 users included, no user cap, 15 phone numbers, 50,000 credits a month.
  • Every plan: unlimited standard calling, texting, email, e-sign and list stacking under the vendor's fair use policy, plus the Triple Line Dialer and driving for dollars for every user.

Where REsimpli is strong for investors

  • One record per lead: calls, texts, mail, tasks and offers sit together, so follow-up does not depend on exports between tools. That is the vendor's pitch, and it is the main reason to consider an all-in-one.
  • List stacking merges lists you pull from other sources, such as ListSource, PropStream or county tax records, and removes duplicates before you market.
  • Skip tracing runs from the lead record and, per the vendor, returns up to 10 phone numbers, 3 emails and company names when available, with Do Not Call matches tagged. The vendor's 95% accuracy figure is its own claim.
  • The help center holds tutorial collections for list stacking, leads, automations and AI agents, and the pricing page lists free onboarding on every plan.

Limits and costs the plan table does not show

Several items sit outside the plan allowance. None is a reason to skip the product, but each belongs in your monthly figure.

  • Users beyond the included seats are billed per user, up to the plan's cap.
  • Skip tracing credits are pooled across the account and do not roll over. The pricing FAQ says extra records are available per record, while the terms say use beyond the allowance is unavailable until the next billing cycle. Confirm which applies at checkout.
  • REsimpli AI is an optional paid add-on, and AI calling is billed by usage.
  • Carrier registration fees for texting are set by the carriers and passed through. Direct mail printing and postage are billed per piece.
  • "Unlimited" calling and texting follow a fair use policy, and the terms put compliance with calling, texting and do-not-call laws on the customer.

Who should skip REsimpli

  • Skip it if you mostly need property data and owner contacts and already run a CRM. A data-first platform may fit better; see REsimpli vs DealMachine.
  • Skip it if you work only a few leads a month. A spreadsheet or a free tracker can carry that volume while you learn what you need.
  • Skip it if you are a licensed agent who wants a client CRM. REsimpli's pages are written for investors working seller and buyer lists.
  • Think twice before choosing yearly billing. Annual plans are non-refundable once the free trial ends.

Before you start the trial, and how this review is built

The trial lasts 14 days, needs a card and converts to a paid plan on day 15 unless you cancel first, according to the terms. Each organization gets one trial, and cancellation is under Settings and Billing. Read the checkout screen for the post-trial price and renewal terms on the day you start.

Vendor testimonials, case studies and the review-site figures quoted on vendor pages are advertising, so they are not repeated here. The FTC's endorsement guides, 16 CFR Part 255, call for clear disclosure of a connection between a seller and an endorser that readers would not expect, and this site's disclosure is linked in the footer of every page.
