A dialer inside the CRM: REsimpli's Triple Line Dialer

REsimpli describes the Triple Line Dialer as calling three prospects at once and connecting the first live answer. A single line dialer dials one record at a time. Every user gets the Triple Line Dialer at no extra cost, with no per-agent dialer seats and no separate dialer subscription. It comes with REsimpli's 14-day trial, card required.

The limits are fixed. Each contact is dialed at most 3 times a day, only between 8 AM and 9 PM in the contact's local time. REsimpli dialer covers setup and limits.

Standalone and add-on dialers: BatchDialer, BatchLeads and PropStream Connect

BatchDialer Starter is $119 per agent a month billed monthly, or $95 per agent a month billed annually, with 3 lines per agent, 10 numbers included and a 7-day free trial. Pro is $189 per agent a month billed monthly, with 5 lines and 40 numbers.

BatchLeads' pricing page sells its dialer as a paid add-on: Dialer AI is $89 a month on top of a plan. REsimpli vs BatchLeads sets the two platforms side by side.

PropStream Connect combines skip tracing, click-to-dial and dialer campaigns. It is included on Pro, and on Essentials it is an add-on from $30 a month.

Calling rules that stay with you as the caller

The Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR Part 310), as read on eCFR on October 23, 2026, limits outbound calls to a residence to 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the called person's location. It bars calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call registry unless an exception applies.

It counts a call as abandoned when a person answers and is not connected to a sales representative within two seconds of the greeting, and its safe harbor sets 3 percent of answered calls as the limit. The FCC's rule at 47 CFR 64.1200 adds a 5-year duty to honor do-not-call requests. REsimpli's terms put these duties on the customer. This is not legal advice.

How many lines and numbers you need

REsimpli's help center says one phone number is enough for the Triple Line Dialer. Solo includes 1 number, Team 5 and Business 15, and extra numbers are $5, $3 and $2 a month by plan. Active leads get no automatic number rotation; the help center suggests a manual switch every 50 to 100 calls.

Users beyond those a plan includes are $125 a month each on monthly billing. For the wider CRM question, see best CRM for real estate wholesalers.
