Refunds, renewals and price changes in the terms

Before any payment, each organization can run one 14-day REsimpli trial with a card on file, and the card is charged only if the trial is not canceled. After that, charges are nonrefundable once incurred, except where law or an order form says otherwise, and REsimpli does not offer a thirty-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions.

Is REsimpli worth it at your deal volume?

Whether REsimpli is worth it comes down to units, not the sticker price. REsimpli counts users, phone numbers and monthly skip tracing credits, and says every user gets its Triple Line Dialer, which calls three numbers at once, with no per-agent dialer seats. DealMachine counts seats and data credits, DataSift (formerly REISift) counts users and new records, and PropStream counts saves, exports and contacts.

A flipper who mostly needs deal analysis and a light lead tracker uses few of those units. DealCheck's free plan covers deal analysis for up to 15 saved properties, and CarrotCRM's free plan covers 1 user, so that flipper can start there before paying $299 a month, billed monthly, for Solo. REsimpli review covers the plans in full.

Duties REsimpli puts on you as the caller and texter

REsimpli's terms say the customer must comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the CAN-SPAM Act and federal and state do-not-call requirements, and must honor opt-out and do-not-call requests. They say REsimpli's compliance tools are not legal advice and do not guarantee compliance.

The FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule, 16 CFR Part 310, limits outbound calls to a person's residence to 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the called person's location, per the eCFR text current as of October 21, 2026. This is not legal advice.

Who should skip REsimpli

  • A buyer who wants a refund window. FreedomSoft's pricing page offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, with Start at $197 a month billed monthly for up to 6 users.
  • A one-user starter. CarrotCRM's free plan covers 1 user, and Essential is $69 a month for 3 users, with no billing basis printed.
  • A buyer who wants property data first. PropStream Essentials is $99 a month billed monthly, with a 7-day free trial.

REsimpli alternatives sets these tools beside REsimpli plan by plan.
